Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser for Santa Rosa, CA and surrounding area. You will perform store visits to ensure proper placement and maintenance of promotional displays and coordinate with major retail locations.

Schedule up to 20 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with no weekends or evenings. Pay is $22.00 per hour with potential for higher rates on additional technical projects. Benefits include 401(k) with company match, PTO, and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Attention to Detail: Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and Teamwork: Work independently and with a small team when needed.
• Tech-ready: Internet access, basic hand-held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS.
• Travel Ability: Must have driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Physical Ability: Stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Store Visits: Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Purpose: Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Clients: Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Scheduling: Up to 20 hours per week, availability Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm.
• Additional Opportunities: Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
