Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist in Grand Rapids to visit local retailers, educate merchants about the client’s financial services, and strengthen relationships across your territory.

You will manage in-store branding, document visits with mobile tools, and coordinate with leadership to meet territory goals, while enjoying weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months in sales, retail, or field marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Able to work independently in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within the territory to engage merchants professionally.
• Introduce and educate merchants on client programs and benefits.
• Place and maintain signage and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity with mobile tools.
• Travel throughout the territory and meet territory goals.
• Coordinate with leadership and Retail Operations for reporting.
