Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist in the San Antonio market. You will visit local retailers, educate merchants on client products and program benefits, and ensure strong customer experiences across your territory.

In this field-based role you will travel daily to stores, place POS materials, and document activity with mobile tools. Competitive pay, benefits, training, and a path for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Travel within assigned territory to major markets and events for launches; visit 22–35 stores daily.
