Job summary

Western Reserve Land Conservancy seeks a Restoration Team Crew Lead to oversee field operations, habitat restoration, and land stewardship across Northeast Ohio. This role reports to the Parks and Preserves Manager and will work at multiple project sites, coordinating daily activities and ensuring safety and adherence to project specs.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in restoration or conservation, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field operations and restoration/conservation projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with equipment operation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day restoration activities across multiple sites.
• Supervise field staff and seasonal employees and manage equipment and logistics.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget and project specs.
• Develop and implement operational systems to support program growth.
