Responsibilities

1. Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI Crew. Inspect surroundings, equipment, and tools; identify and discuss safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
2. Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project. This includes communication with:
   1. Sales Rep regarding weekly/daily schedule
   2. WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks
   3. The customer pre-arrival, at arrival, and at completion of the day's work
   4. WTI Supervisor regarding schedule changes, project, and crew updates
3. Manage project execution efficiently by overseeing crew start and end times, production rates, and ensuring availability of tools and materials to complete the project safely and according to scope or specifications.
4. Perform end-of-day and/or end-of-project walkthroughs to ensure quality repairs and address any issues before leaving the site. Send before-and-after pictures and daily updates on project status, including work performed, materials used, and supplies purchased.
5. Maintain professional appearance and customer interaction standards among all WTI Field Reps.
6. Oversee inventory management, including ordering, tracking, and monitoring, and ensure quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
7. Review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy per pricing procedures.
8. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor before presenting to the Sales Rep or customer.
9. Monitor and document the performance of Field Resource Reps; implement corrective actions as needed, consulting with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources.
10. Perform other duties or projects as assigned by the WTI Supervisor or Regional Manager.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry.
• Thorough knowledge of built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems, and proper repair techniques.
