This role requires high organization and timely, accurate admin support. The ideal candidate will handle multiple platforms, maintain precise records, and collaborate across teams to ensure on-schedule operations.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Prior experience supporting fleet, logistics, field service, operations, purchasing, or administrative processes preferred.
  • Tech-Comfortable: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new platforms.
  • Organized & Detailed: High attention to detail when maintaining records, processing expenses, uploading documents, and auditing information.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills coordinating across teams.
  • Time Management: Strong administrative, organizational, and follow-through skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive attitude with ability to support urgent needs and protect confidential information.

Wachter is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Field Resource Admin to help keep our field operations running smoothly. In this role, you will support field resource managers, technicians, project managers, and regional teams by managing fleet records, travel coordination, scheduling, purchasing, expenses, and extensive documentation.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, keeping systems highly organized, and supporting teams with timely, accurate administrative help. You will coordinate across several platforms and teams, making sure vehicles, paperwork, travel, purchases, and employee records are handled correctly and on schedule.

What You Will Do:

  • Team Support: Assist field resource managers, technicians, project managers, and regional teams with daily administrative tasks.

$22 - $25 an hour
