Job summary

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a hands-on Research Associate to help build field research capabilities near Indianapolis. You will join the Integrated Field Science team and support multi-crop field research from trial setup through harvest and closeout.

You will work with scientists and technicians to execute protocols, maintain plots, collect data, and ensure safety and data integrity. Strong with measurements, interpretation, and practical recommendations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agronomy or related field required.
• Experience in field trials including planting, sampling, and harvest.
• Able to work with minimal guidance and interpret results.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct field research trials from site preparation to harvest.
• Operate and maintain research equipment and collect data.
• Analyze results and adapt methodologies as needed.
• Coordinate field activities with scientists, staff and partners.
• Ensure safety, data integrity and compliant field practices.
