RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative with flexible schedules suitable for students, with no prior experience required. You can work within the store's open hours and adjust around classes.

Dress is casual and teamwork is emphasized. This part-time role includes comprehensive training, productivity-based pay with a guaranteed minimum, 401k with match, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for learning and development.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
