Job summary

RDSolutions is hiring a Field Representative with flexible schedules suited for college students. No experience needed. You will work within store hours, contribute to projects, and enjoy a casual dress code while earning compensation with guaranteed minimum and upside based on performance.

You must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess a smartphone with the pricing app for assignments. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases.
