RDSolutions in Texas is hiring a Field Representative to support store projects with flexible schedules for college students. No experience needed; work hours fit the store window, you’ll complete assignments on time, and you’ll receive initial training in our expectations.

Dress is casual and you’ll get paid drive time and mileage reimbursement, a guaranteed minimum with upside, and a benefits package including 401k with match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators and freezers.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned store projects and tasks.
• Work within the store's open hours with flexible scheduling.
• Attend to assigned projects with attention to detail and timeliness.
• Receive initial training to understand position expectations.
• Dress is casual and professional on site.
