RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative to support our store-based projects with flexible schedules that fit around a student’s day. You can work within the store's open hours, study between shifts, and enjoy casual dress.

No prior experience is required, and duties focus on completing assignments efficiently and accurately. As a part-time team member, you’ll receive comprehensive training, a guaranteed minimum pay with upside tied to productivity, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and insurance.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Comfort with working in cold grocery store environments.
