Job summary

Rite Rug Flooring is seeking a motivated Field Representative to join our team. This role primarily operates outside the office, inspecting homes and projects before, during, and after installations, ensuring readiness and quality.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and projects before, during, and after installations.
• Field measure and verify material quantities.
• Check job readiness and monitor installers.
• Drive from jobsite to jobsite and plan daily schedule.
• Coordinate with customers and project managers on progress.
• Ensure installation meets customer satisfaction.
• Pickup and deliver materials as necessary.

If you are looking for a company where you are part of family, then Rite Rug is the place for you!POSITION SUMMARY:Our Field Representative’s primary job function takes place outside of the office, inspecting homes and projects before, during and after installations. They are checking job readiness, checking on the installers doing the work and verifying that everything gets done, and doing the little things to button up whatever is outstanding. They are field measuring and checking work orders to make sure we have the right quantities of materials ordered and we have materials to cover all the areas in the installations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Communicate with customers and project managers on a daily basisDrive from jobsite to jobsite – planning and prioritizing each daySchedule work to be done in an efficient manorDetermine best method of installations and repairsEnsure the job is completed to the customer’s satisfactionRespond to any complaints or questions regarding installationsPick up and deliver materials as necessaryPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:Have earned a high school diploma or equivalentFlooring Installation experience a plus!
