Job summary

Rite Rug is seeking a motivated Field Representative to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC. This outside-the-office role involves inspecting homes and installations, verifying readiness, and ensuring projects meet our standards.

You will measure installations, coordinate materials, and communicate daily with customers and project managers. Travel between job sites, plan each day, schedule work efficiently, and uphold safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flooring installation experience a plus; construction experience helpful.
• Commitment to safety in all work practices.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance; reliable vehicle for travel to job sites.
• Must pass drug test; subject to random testing.

We are looking for a motivated, detail oriented, Field Representative to join our team! If you are looking for a company where you are part of family, then Rite Rug is the place for you!** **$45,000 to $50,000 a year, plus mileage agreement! Salary based on experience.** **POSITION SUMMARY:** Our Field Representative’s primary job function takes place outside of the office, inspecting homes and projects before, during and after installations. They are checking job readiness, checking on the installers doing the work and verifying that everything gets done, and doing the little things to button up whatever is outstanding. They are field measuring and checking work orders to make sure we have the right quantities of materials ordered and we have materials to cover all the areas in the installations. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** * Communicate with customers and project managers on a daily basis * Drive from jobsite to jobsite – planning and prioritizing each day * Schedule work to be done in an efficient manor * Determine best method of installations and repairs * Ensure the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction * Respond to any complaints or questions regarding installations * Pick up and deliver materials as necessary * Perform other duties as assigned **QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:** * Have earned a high school diploma or equivalent * **Flooring Installation experience a plus!
