Job summary

Scientific Safety Alliance is seeking a Repair Certification Technician to ensure the safety and performance of critical laboratory equipment through hands-on service. This role demands up to 75% travel across the Midwest, performing essential testing, certification, and repairs for equipment such as biosafety cabinets and autoclaves.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of field service experience, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently. A valid driver's license is required as a company vehicle will be provided for service calls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in field service, biomedical, or calibration.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in mechanical spaces.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, certification, and repair on laboratory equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems in the field.
• Complete service reports and maintain customer satisfaction.
