Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to help eliminate barriers to patient access and educate healthcare provider offices on reimbursement pathways. You will collaborate with sales, payer, and HCP teams, support patient access programs, and serve as the subject-matter expert on medical benefit reimbursement including Prior Authorization and appeals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare with specialty products and payer policy knowledge.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent market experience.
• 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare industry with specialty products, hubs, payers or HCPs.
• Preferred: direct experience with specialty dermatology products.
• Must have payer policy knowledge, medical benefit verifications, and prior authorization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Solve patient access issues by coordinating with hubs, offices and client field teams.
• Educate offices on billing, coding and patient support programs.
• Lead onsite education of program rules, payer coverage and J-codes as needed.
• Guide providers through prior authorization and appeals with required documentation.
• Coordinate with patient support services and educate staff on tools and programs.
• Monitor payer trends and communicate reimbursement concerns to stakeholders.
