Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) in Clayton, NC to help eliminate barriers for patients and increase access to medications. You will educate provider offices on billing and coding for client therapies, resolve access issues, and collaborate with HUB and payer teams to drive reimbursement strategies.

The role requires knowledge of commercial payer policies, prior authorizations, and the ability to conduct virtual and in-person education across sites of care.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent market experience.
• Experience with Prior Authorizations, reimbursement billing, coding, and appeals.
• Knowledge of commercial payer, Medicare and Medicaid structure.
• Experience conducting virtual and field-based reimbursement support and education.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare provider offices on billing and coding for client products.
• Resolve patient access issues and assist with prior authorization and appeals.
• Lead on-site education of program rules and payer coverage.
• Coordinate with HUB, patient support services, and third-party vendors.
