Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant practice management experience preferred.
• Willing to obtain a PACS certification within the first six months of employment.
• Experience resolving pharmacy benefit access issues in healthcare.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within a large territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate provider office staff on insurance issues and payer policy changes.
• Resolve reimbursement and access challenges to support patient access.
• Collaborate with client reimbursement support services to streamline processes.
• Travel weekly to healthcare offices within a designated territory.
