Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant practice management experience preferred.
• Previous experience as Field Reimbursement Manager/Specialist preferred.
• Previous experience in healthcare resolving pharmacy benefit access issues.
• Must be willing to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Educate provider office staff on access and reimbursement topics.
• Support patient access by resolving reimbursement and coverage challenges.
• Collaborate with client reimbursement support services.
• Travel weekly to healthcare offices within designated territory.
• Deliver interactive educational presentations at provider sites.
• Explain payer coverage management strategies and policy updates.
