Job summary

The FRM will manage benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and claims assistance while maintaining strong relationships with providers and client teams.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare related reimbursement experience.
• Experience with Medicare and commercial insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and on-demand education for office staff on reimbursement challenges and available services.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, and Medicare/Commercial coverage.
• Assist in case management, claims submission, and patient assistance programs.
• Set up appointments, perform outbound calls, and coordinate with physicians and manufacturers.
• Monitor program performance and report trends to management and clients.
• Build provider and manufacturer data in FRM CRM and maintain accurate records.
