Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–10 years in reimbursement/market access within biotech/pharma, with at least 2 years of field reimbursement experience.
• Strong buy-and-bill reimbursement, Medicare and commercial payer knowledge.
• Adept at claims data analysis, communication skills, CRM and Excel proficiency.
• Willing to travel 50–75%.
• Compliance-focused.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reimbursement resource.
• Educate practice staff on billing/coding.
• Guide through prior-authorization and appeals.
• Analyze claims data for denial patterns.
