Heartflow is a medical technology company advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease using AI-driven technology. The Field Billing Manager will support customers' administration and billing professionals to ensure successful billing and reimbursement on FFRct claims. Responsibilities include collaborating with Marketing to create educational materials, supporting the Sales team on coding and billing, educating customers on coding and payment, and assisting with prior authorization and claims appeals. The role requires up to 30% travel in the US and involves working with revenue cycle management, interpreting medical records for claims, collaborating with sales to identify reimbursement education needs, and maintaining compliance with Heartflow policies. Skills needed include outstanding knowledge of US healthcare coding and billing, proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, excellent communication, and understanding of hospital billing infrastructure. Educational requirements include over 5 years of experience in coding and billing at US hospitals, an Associates Degree (required), CPC or COC certification preferred, and cardiology experience a plus. The position is remote but requires residence or relocation to specified US states. Salary range is approximately $84,500 to $110,000 per year plus bonus.
