Organogenesis is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM). This position will operate as the subject-matter expert on coding, coverage, and payment issues related to the Organogenesis portfolio of products. The FRM has a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of reimbursement models (coding, coverage, and payment), including Medicare A, B, C, and D benefit designs, Medi-gap, physician fee schedule, and the ability to locate applicable coverage policies. Demonstrated advanced billing competencies include CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding, and EOB interpretation. The role involves negotiating and executing sophisticated site-of-care discussions related to healthcare topics, product access, and reimbursement. This is a remote position reporting to the Field Reimbursement Director, ideally based near a major airport in the Central North U.S. (MO, KS, IA, ND, SD).
