Main Responsibilities:

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) will be the field subject matter expert relating to patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeal, financial assistance, and other business-related issues within the Dupixent Business Unit. The FRM is a critical front-line member of the Sanofi Patient Support Services organization and will work across multiple internal stakeholders, including Sales Teams, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, Dupixent MyWay (Patient Support Program), and program vendors to deliver an exceptional customer experience. They will help develop and execute the national strategy by building reimbursement confidence and understanding with customers and assisting in patient pull-through efforts.

FRM responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Become a subject matter expert on Dupixent MyWay support programs, access issue resolution, financial assistance, and alternative funding options provided by our Patient Support Program.
  • Act as a point of contact for Patient Support Services (Dupixent MyWay), collaborating cross-functionally to lead Dupixent pull-through efforts and support the ABM as appropriate.
  • Educate office personnel on prior authorization and appeals processes, reimbursement support through Dupixent MyWay, free drug programs, and financial assistance programs.
  • Plan and implement geographic business plans to support appropriate access to Dupixent.
  • Maintain knowledge of the local and national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria for Dupixent.
  • Establish positive relationships with all key customer segments (internal and external).
  • Partner with Alliance colleagues to foster a culture of respect and customer focus.
  • Develop relationships with state societies, associations, and advocacy groups to support patient access and raise awareness for the Alliance, Dupixent MyWay, and Dupixent.
  • Conduct HCP office visits as needed to facilitate pull-through efforts and resolve escalated issues, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
  • Work to reduce cycle times and increase patient prescription conversion rates for Dupixent.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree required
  • Minimum 8+ years in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or relevant experience
  • Experience in specialty biologics, pharmacy benefit reimbursement/access, specialty pharmacy, or Market Access is a plus
  • Ability to travel as needed within the assigned geography (~50% travel)
  • Proven success in cross-functional teamwork in a matrix environment
  • Energetic and driven to succeed
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and relationship building
  • Adaptable to change and able to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills
  • Compliance with all applicable policies, regulations, and legal requirements
  • Valid driver's license

Travel Requirements:

  • Approximately 50% travel, depending on geography
