Main Responsibilities:

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) will be the field subject matter expert related to patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, financial assistance, and other business-related issues within the Dupixent Business Unit. The FRM is a critical front-line member of the Sanofi Patient Support Services organization and will collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders, including Sales Teams, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, Dupixent MyWay (Patient Support Program), and program vendors to deliver excellent customer service. They will help develop and execute the national strategy by building reimbursement confidence and understanding with customers and supporting patient pull-through efforts.

FRM responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Becoming a subject matter expert on Dupixent MyWay support programs, access issue resolution, financial assistance, and alternative funding options provided by our Patient Support Program.
  • Acting as a point of contact for Patient Support Services (Dupixent MyWay), communicating and collaborating cross-functionally to lead Dupixent pull-through efforts, supporting the ABM as appropriate.
  • Supporting field education of office personnel on prior authorization and appeals processes, reimbursement support through Dupixent MyWay, free drug programs, and financial assistance programs.
  • Planning and implementing geographic business plans to support appropriate access to Dupixent.
  • Maintaining knowledge of the local and national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria for Dupixent.
  • Establishing positive relationships with key customer segments (internal and external).
  • Partnering with Alliance colleagues to foster a culture of respect and customer focus.
  • Developing relationships with state societies, associations, and advocacy groups to support patient access and raise awareness for the Alliance, Dupixent MyWay, and Dupixent.
  • Conducting HCP office visits as needed to facilitate pull-through efforts and resolve escalated issues, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
  • Working to reduce cycle time and increase conversion rates for patients prescribed Dupixent.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree required
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or relevant field
  • Experience in specialty biologics, pharmacy benefit reimbursement/access, specialty pharmacy, and/or Market Access is a plus
  • Ability to travel within the assigned geography as needed
  • Proven success in cross-functional teamwork within a matrix environment
  • Energetic and driven to succeed
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict management and relationship building
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills
  • Compliance with all applicable policies, regulations, and legal requirements
  • Valid driver’s license

Travel Requirements:

  • Approximately 50% travel depending on geography
  • Availability to travel for meetings, trainings, and programs as necessary
