Job Title: Field Reimbursement Manager, Allergy-ENT, Charleston, SC

Location: Remote/Field (Charleston, SC / Columbia, SC)

About the Job

In this field-based position, the FRM will report to the FRM Director.

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) will be the field subject matter expert relating to patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeal, financial assistance, and other business-related issues within the Dupixent Business Unit. The FRM is a critical front-line member of the Sanofi Genzyme Patient Support Services organization and will collaborate across multiple internal stakeholders, including Sales Teams, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, Dupixent MyWay (Patient Support Program), and program vendors to deliver an exceptional customer experience. They will help develop and execute the national strategy by building reimbursement confidence and understanding with customers and supporting patient pull-through efforts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Dupixent MyWay support programs, access issue resolution, financial assistance, and alternative funding options provided by our Patient Support Program.
  • Act as a point of contact for Patient Support Services (Dupixent MyWay), collaborating cross-functionally to lead Dupixent pull-through efforts and support the ABM as needed.
  • Support field education of office personnel on prior authorization, appeals processes, reimbursement support through Dupixent MyWay, and financial assistance programs.
  • Develop and implement geographic business plans to support appropriate access to Dupixent.
  • Maintain knowledge of the local and national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria for Dupixent.
  • Establish positive relationships with all key customer segments (internal and external).
  • Partner with Alliance colleagues to foster a culture of respect and customer focus.
  • Build relationships with state societies, associations, and advocacy groups to support patient access and raise awareness for the Alliance, Dupixent MyWay, and Dupixent.
  • Conduct HCP office visits as needed to facilitate pull-through efforts and resolve escalated issues, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
  • Work to reduce cycle time and increase conversion rates for patients prescribed Dupixent.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree required, preferably in life sciences or business; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, with Dermatology or respiratory and/or Market Access experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed for meetings, trainings, and programs within the assigned geography.
  • Proven success in cross-functional teamwork within a matrix environment.
  • Energetic, driven, and success-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for managing conflicts and building relationships.
  • Adaptability to change and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Valid driver's license.

Travel Requirements:

  • Approximately 50% travel, depending on geography.
  • Availability to travel for meetings, trainings, and programs as necessary.
