Job Title: Field Reimbursement Manager, Allergy-ENT, Charleston, SC

Location: Remote/Field (Charleston, SC / Columbia, SC)

About the Job

In this field-based position, the FRM reports to the FRM Director. The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) will be a subject matter expert on patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeal, financial assistance, and other related issues within the Dupixent Business Unit. They will be a key frontline member of the Sanofi Genzyme Patient Support Services, collaborating across multiple stakeholders including Sales, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, Dupixent MyWay (Patient Support Program), and vendors to deliver excellent customer service. The role involves developing and executing strategies to build reimbursement confidence and support patient access efforts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Dupixent MyWay support programs, access issues, financial assistance, and funding options.
  • Act as a point of contact for Patient Support Services, collaborating cross-functionally to support Dupixent pull-through efforts.
  • Educate office personnel on prior authorization, appeals, reimbursement support, and financial assistance programs.
  • Develop and implement geographic business plans to enhance access to Dupixent.
  • Maintain knowledge of local and national payer landscapes, including pharmacy and utilization management criteria.
  • Build positive relationships with internal and external customer segments.
  • Partner with colleagues to foster a culture of respect and customer focus.
  • Develop relationships with state societies, associations, and advocacy groups as needed.
  • Conduct HCP office visits to facilitate pull-through and resolve escalated issues, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
  • Work to reduce cycle times and increase patient conversion rates for Dupixent prescriptions.
About You
Basic Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in life sciences or business; MBA preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, with experience in dermatology, respiratory, or market access a plus.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned geography as needed (~50%).
  • Proven success in cross-functional teamwork in a matrix environment.
  • Energetic, driven, with strong interpersonal skills, conflict management, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Adaptable to change in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Compliance with all Sanofi-Genzyme policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Valid driver’s license.
Travel Requirements
  • Approximately 50% travel depending on geography.
  • Availability for meetings, trainings, and programs as necessary.
