Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead payer strategy and reimbursement for key urology accounts across hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers within the geography. You will drive understanding of billing, coding, and regulatory requirements to support product adoption and patient access.
The role requires 4+ years in pharma/biotech/medical devices and at least 2 years in reimbursement, with travel and a valid driver's license.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $170,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
