Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Milwaukee seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to ensure target accounts understand billing and coding requirements for our products, focusing on payer pathways and reimbursement regulations across Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers.

You will build relationships with urology clinics, ASCs, and hospitals, partner with account teams, and demonstrate deep knowledge of disease state, product, surgical processes, and reimbursement workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• Minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience required.
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally within the region to share results, assist training and develop best practices.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays, required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Job description

You are an expert facilitator: you open doors, foster communication, and bridge the gap. The Field Reimbursement Manager will be responsible for ensuring that target accounts within their geography understand the necessary steps to receive reimbursement through the appropriate payer when ordering products, consistent with company compliance policies, company procedures, and approved materials. The focus will be on key urology accounts and relevant institutions including hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. Field Reimbursement Managers will be responsible for understanding the unique market issues of their geography, specifically part B reimbursement, health care delivery models, transitions of care and patient pathways. This role offers an exciting opportunity in partnership with Urogen to make a meaningful impact in the patient treatment journey.

In this role you will:

• 2 years Urology experience preferred.
