Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) specializing in medical imaging and contrast media, responsible for providing reimbursement support, education, and issue resolution within the PDx portfolio. Objectives include optimizing access, supporting customer education on benefits and reimbursement policies, and embedding GEHC’s support services into clinical practices.
Developing reimbursement tools, conducting in-service presentations, resolving access challenges, and maintaining communication with sales and market access teams.
Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in US healthcare (medical device/pharma), with 3+ years as an FRM; strong knowledge of medical billing, coding (HCPCS, CPT, ICD-10), and reimbursement mechanisms for radiology/diagnostics; experience working with HUB or reimbursement call centers. Preferred: Certified Professional Coding Certification, experience in imaging or diagnostics, and product launch experience.
Focus on radiology and diagnostic imaging, reimbursement in Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payers, and field-based role covering the Mid-Atlantic region with up to 40% travel.
Hybrid, based in Baltimore or Washington D.C., reporting to Sr. Director of Patient Services.
