ViiV Healthcare is seeking a Field Reimbursement Director to lead a high-impact team delivering post-prescribing outcomes for LAI therapies across the Central region. You will drive account strategies, coach a director-level team, and partner with payers and providers to optimize implementation and access.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong coaching, and the ability to navigate complex payer environments while aligning with ViiV’s mission to leave no person behind in HIV care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in a customer-facing leadership role across multiple business units.
• Proven ability to drive results through cross-functional influence and matrix leadership.
• Strong coaching and talent development capabilities with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Experience developing and executing strategic account plans that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Ability to travel up to 70% and maintain leadership engagements across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of prioritized account strategies through coaching and development of a team of Associate Directors, ensuring action against implementation barriers and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with key customer stakeholders to accelerate implementation readiness and optimize operational processes for long-acting injectable therapies.
• Prioritize regional investments/resources to optimize post prescribing growth based on opportunities in a dynamic market.
• Deliver execution plans to achieve post-prescribing performance goals using KPIs and scalable solutions.
• Establish and lead a Patient Access and Affordability Strategy for coverage, coding, payment, and affordability dynamics.
• Build executive relationships to advance implementation readiness and strategic account objectives.
