Job summary
ViiV Healthcare in the United States seeks a Field Reimbursement Director for the Central Region to drive post-prescribing performance and patient access strategies. You will lead a team of Associate Directors, partner with payer and provider stakeholders, and optimize regional investments to accelerate adoption of long-acting injectable therapies.
The role requires executive relationship development, strong leadership, and a capacity to navigate payer policy, coverage, and payment dynamics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years leading customer-facing teams.
- Proven ability to drive results through cross-functional influence.
- Experience building strategic account plans in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of regional account strategies through coaching and development of a team of Associate Directors.
- Partner with customer stakeholders to accelerate implementation readiness and adoption of therapies.
- Prioritize regional investments to drive post-prescribing growth and KPIs.
- Establish a cohesive Patient Access and Affordability strategy for ViiV products.
- Develop executive relationships to advance implementation readiness.
