ViiV Healthcare is seeking an experienced Field Reimbursement Director to lead our Central Region during rapid growth in HIV care. You will build and develop a high-impact team, drive reimbursement strategies, and partner with payers to support access for long-acting therapies across TX, CO, AZ, UT, OK, AR, WY and beyond.

Responsibilities include advancing account plans, removing barriers, ensuring compliance, and developing executive relationships while influencing across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of customer-facing first-line leadership across 2+ business units.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high‑impact team of Field Reimbursement Associate Directors to execute transformational implementation initiatives with prioritized campus customers.
• Advance prioritized account strategies, remove implementation barriers, and drive measurable customer and business outcomes using post-prescribing performance metrics.
• Partner with key customer stakeholders to accelerate implementation readiness and support sustainable adoption of long‑acting injectable therapies.
• Prioritize and customize regional investments/resources to optimize post‑prescribing growth.
• Establish and lead cohesive Patient Access and Affordability Strategy, managing coverage, coding, payment, and affordability dynamics for ViiV products.
• Develop executive customer relationships, build a coaching culture centered on accountability, and lead through organizational change while maintaining engagement.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulatory environments, execute risk frameworks, and uphold ViiV policies and SOPs.
