Job summary

PriorityOne Group is seeking a Commercial Equipment Technician (Refrigeration/Cooking) to repair, maintain, install and perform preventive maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment such as refrigerators, ice machines, ovens, and ranges. A company van, inventory, and a work cell phone/tablet are provided, with on‑call rotation and portal-to-portal pay.

Candidates should have a valid Refrigeration (EPA) universal licence, 18+, at least 3 years’ related experience or equivalent training, and a

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with 3+ years related experience or equivalent training.
• Valid Driver Licence with safety‑conscious driving record.
• EPA Refrigeration universal licence required.
• CFESA certifications or Journeyman licences preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install or refurbish equipment per schedule and standards.
• Document work legibly and submit orders per policy.
• Coordinate with management for timely scheduling.
• Keep service vehicle clean and log maintenance activities.
• Build strong customer relations in the field.
• Train new employees and develop quality training.
• Assist with on‑call rotation and portal‑to‑portal pay.
