You will repair, maintain, install, and refurbish commercial systems, with a company van, tools, iPad, and phone provided, and you will follow a defined service schedule.

The role emphasizes documentation, safety, and customer relations as you work on refrigerators, ovens, ice machines, and related equipment, with on-call rotation and paid training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• EPA universal refrigeration license; CFESA certifications or Journeyman preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and follow technical procedures and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install or refurbish equipment according to a service schedule and standards; troubleshoot on location.
• Document legibly and accurately all work and submit orders per policy.
• Coordinate with management to ensure timely scheduling of work.
• Keep service vehicle clean and stocked with parts and tools; maintain a logbook.
• Build and maintain customer relations to ensure excellent service.
• Train new employees on Field Service Technician duties.
• Develop and implement quality control training for staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
