Job summary

PriorityOne Group seeks a Commercial Equipment Technician (Refrigeration/Cooking) to repair, maintain and install commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment. You’ll operate with a company van, inventory, cell phone and iPad, and document service on-site.

Applicants should have a refrigeration license (EPA universal) and a valid driver’s license, with 3+ years of related experience. The role includes paid training and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, analyze and interpret technical documentation and procedures.
• Strong communication skills for customer interactions and collaboration.
• Ability to perform problem solving and fault finding on equipment.
• Solid math skills for measurements, tolerances, and calculations.
• Proficiency with standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install or refurbish equipment per schedule and standards.
• Document all work legibly and submit orders per policy.
• Coordinate with management to ensure timely scheduling of work.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized service vehicle and logs.
• Build customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Train new employees on field service processes.
