Job summary

PriorityOne Group is seeking a Commercial Equipment Technician (Refrigeration/Cooking) in Centennial, CO to perform repair, maintenance, installation, and preventive maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment. You’ll be provided a company van, inventory, and a work device; training opportunities and career development are available.

The role requires EPA Refrigeration universal license and 3+ years of related experience, with CFESA or Journeyman certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver license and driving record aligned with safety standards.
• EPA Refrigeration universal license is required; CFESA or Journeyman certifications/additional training preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience and/or training or an equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical instructions and documents.
• Strong communication and basic math and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install or refurbish equipment per service schedule and standards; troubleshoot on location.
• Document all work legibly and submit orders per company policy.
• Keep the service vehicle clean, stocked with parts and tools; maintain a vehicle logbook.
• Build customer relations and provide excellent service; assist and train junior staff.
• Coordinate with management to ensure timely scheduling and on-call rotation.
