Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions in Warren, Michigan is seeking a highly responsive Field Recruiter to manage the full life cycle of recruiting for 50+ hourly positions. You will source, screen, and present candidates and coordinate offers and onboarding in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities include active/passive talent sourcing, advertising, resume mining, screening, coordinating background checks, and partnering with HR and operations to meet staffing plans.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruitment for high-volume hourly positions.
• Ability to source active and passive candidates.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and advertising of openings.
• Screen and interview candidates and update status in tracking system.
• Coordinate background checks and references where appropriate.
• Maintain communication with hiring managers on active candidates and future hiring needs.
• Support diversity initiatives and maintain knowledge of recruiting best practices.
