Riseboro Community Partnership is seeking a proactive Field Recruiter to lead high-volume recruitment for Home Health Aides in the New York service area. You will build relationships with local schools, community groups, and faith-based organizations to source qualified candidates and drive them into our application pipeline.

You will coordinate on-site recruitment events, screen applicants, and shepherd candidates through background checks, credentialing, and orientation, ensuring top-tier

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or homecare.
• Knowledge of state licensing, credentialing, and LHCSA regulations is preferred.
• Ability to screen candidates quickly and assess cultural fit.

Responsabilidades
