Qualifications

• 1+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with diverse recruiting processes and client engagement.
• Proven ability to build candidate pipelines and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates, screen resumes, interview applicants, and refer well-qualified candidates to job assignments.
• Develop creative sourcing plans through schools, social media, and networking.
• Write compelling content for online job postings to attract active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline and database.
• Conduct drug screens, I-9s, and background checks.
