Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume staffing across multiple roles, leveraging creative sourcing strategies and strong candidate screening to meet hiring goals. You will build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders while managing client relationships.

You will write compelling job postings, partner with schools and community programs, and utilize data dashboards to guide decision-making.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 1+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume driven environment
• Proven experience navigating a diverse recruiting process.
• Track record of success with client engagement.
• Experience using various platforms and dashboards to drive effective decisions.
• Community volunteering or social outreach experience.
• Excellent customer service skills including ability to react appropriately in stressful situations and deal with difficult customer or vendor situations diplomatically.
• Demonstrable time management and organization skills
• Communicates information and ideas clearly and articulately both in oral and written form. Uses appropriate language, style and methods depending on audience and the purpose of communication.
• Responds positively to change and adapted to new situations quickly. Able to take on a diverse range of tasks equally effectively.
• Experience using various technology platforms to drive effective decisions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develops creative sourcing plans through schools, vocational programs, web, and social media.
• Owns and writes content for online job postings to attract active and passive candidates.
• Screens, interviews, and recommends candidates to fill orders.
• Builds and preserves an active candidate pipeline and maintains the database.
• Re-utilizes active candidates and aligns openings with candidates.
• Uses data to set realistic expectations and fill positions timely.
• Participates in meetings to understand daily order fill goals.
• Leverages market knowledge to fulfill orders with qualified candidates.
• Leads candidates through the interview cycle based on experience and availability.
