Ashley Furniture is seeking a Field Recruiter to drive candidate flow through field activities and execute recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs. The role maintains local community presence to understand applicant competition and collaborates with leadership to stay competitive.

The position involves screening, interviewing, and placing workers, while updating the ATS and supporting hiring processes. A background in staffing or HR and strong community relationships are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with hands-on staffing experience or a bachelor's degree in HR, business, or communications.
• 1–3 years of background in volume hiring, field recruitment, or human resources.
• Optional SHRM or HRCI certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the business to understand current and anticipated staffing needs and develop field recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, and universities to support field recruiting.
• Attend community events to identify potential candidates and expand the recruiting network.
• Source qualified candidates via databases, networking, job fairs, referrals, and ATS communications.
• Post job openings on relevant sites and ensure marketing materials are distributed in the market.
• Screen applicants and inform them about duties, compensation, benefits, schedules, and growth opportunities.
