Field Recruiter (Bilingual) – Freemotion from iFIT

Location: Arcadia, WI

What You'll Do

You will work daily with potential candidates, interviewing and selecting candidates who best match current open positions based on HR interview, work history, and availability. Once a candidate is selected, you will coordinate an interview with the hiring manager and process all onboarding activities if hired. You will also assist Field Recruiters in posting openings and sourcing candidates.

What You Need

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or a related role
• Bilingual – Spanish & English speaking (preferred)
• Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of application tracking systems and HR policies and best practices
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, can‑do attitude
