Job summary

Ashley Furniture is seeking a Field Recruiter to source, build talent pools, recruit, and manage selection processes through the new employee start date. This role supports operations and offices and aims to improve time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire while satisfying stakeholders.

The recruiter will plan sourcing strategies, explore new methods, and adjust approaches based on results, managing candidates and hiring managers to achieve defined processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; equivalent work experience accepted.
• 3+ years recruiting experience supporting Customer Experience, warehouse, or distribution roles is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in using ATS and other recruiting software.
• Analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and share data with the business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel.
• Positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Source anticipated talent needs using existing and new methods, locally and nationally.
• Build and manage a talent pool, keeping prospects engaged for opportunities at Ashley.
• Highlight position and company culture attributes to attract candidates.
• Influence prospects to apply and maintain a strong candidate slate for openings.
• Provide extraordinary candidate experience throughout the process.
