Job summary

Unicare Home Care in Brooklyn is seeking an Onboarding Specialist who excells at communication and detail orientation to educate new hires about employee benefits.

You will maintain hire files, manage the pre-employment and onboarding process, and conduct orientations while ensuring staff are familiar with available benefits and company policies. This is a full-time, on-site role at a single location with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
