Job summary

Hire Dynamics in Duluth, GA is seeking a Field Recruiter to help attract and place great talent across our client sites. You'll meet with teams, brainstorm recruiting strategies, and market postings and social channels to stand out.

This role emphasizes building a candidate pipeline and coordinating screening steps (drug screens, background checks, and I-9s) so new hires can start quickly. Strong communication and time-management are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, preferably staffing.
• A passion for talking with people of all levels and being able to handle stressful situations.
• Strong computer knowledge to navigate the platforms we use.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm new and exciting ways to attract great people to work.
• Use marketing to enhance postings, social media, and community visibility to stand out.
• Interview and select candidates to fill opportunities.
• Continue to build a pipeline of candidates and impact order fulfillment.

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!

To be successful as a Field Recruiter, you will want to have:

• 1 year in a fast-paced, high volume-driven environment, preferably staffing
• A strong computer knowledge so you can navigate the platforms we use
• A passion for talking with people of all levels and being able to handle stressful situations
• Being able to manage your time and stay organized
