Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Field Recruiter/Trainer to oversee field operations related recruitment and training. The role emphasizes professional coordination, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires across our Southeast opportunities.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), with a High School Diploma, strong communication, and interpersonal skills to mentor staff and liaise with General Contractor's Superintendents.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish reading and writing ability.
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead crews and communicate with General Contractor's Superintendent.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite and office tools.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee full recruitment cycle of new hires.
• Conduct phone interviews and manage applications via the applicant tracking system.
• Perform initial evaluation and training of new hires.
• Serve as mentor/liaison between the new hire and manager.

Requirements / Experience

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Bilingual - Ability to read and write English/Spanish
• Strong interpersonal kills to lead the crew and communicate with General Contractor's Superintendent

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 years in the drywall business.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide effective training / recruiting.
