Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Charlotte to lead construction projects from start to finish, coordinating with estimators, superintendents, and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years in the trade, strong organizational and cost-management skills, and a focus on safety, quality, and customer service. This position offers growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in the trade.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented with cost awareness.
• Proficient with computer technology.
• Prior project management in construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise assigned construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the job site.
• Ensure work aligns with contract documents.
• Receive hand-offs from estimating department.
• Administer budgets, contracts, materials, and equipment.
• Lead and mentor team; promote growth mindset.
• Prioritize safety, quality, schedule, and customer service.
• Handle contract prep, on-site coordination, cost tracking.
• Coordinate with superintendents, vendors, and purchasing.

• Responsible for managing and supervising assigned construction projects from start to finish.

• Ensure the work is built in accordance with the contract documents.
• Receive hand-offs from estimating department.

• Perform contract preparation, on-site coordination quality control and tracking costs.
• Work with Superintendents, vendors and purchasing department to assure material coordination and accuracy.
