Job summary

Apple Rehab Corporate in Connecticut seeks a Field Recruiter to drive staffing across multiple facilities. This travel-based, on-site role partners with HR and facility leaders to identify hiring needs, screen applicants in Apploi, conduct interviews, and move candidates through onboarding.

You’ll build relationships with nursing programs, attend job fairs, and manage social media recruitment to support employer branding and candidate flow across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recruiting experience in healthcare or high-volume environments.
• Ability to travel regularly to multiple facility locations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to Apple Rehab locations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple openings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent on-site recruiting presence across facilities based on staffing needs.
• Partner with HR, Directors of Nursing and Administrators to identify and prioritize hiring needs.
• Plan, coordinate, and attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Screen applicants in Apploi, review applications, conduct interviews and forward to buildings.
• Build and maintain relationships with local nursing schools, CNA training programs, and community partners.
• Develop and manage a social media presence to support recruitment and employer branding.
• Conduct interviews and support candidates through onboarding.
• Track weekly recruiting activity, applicant flow, and hiring progress; report at HR meetings.
• Follow up with applicants and collaborate across buildings to share qualified candidates.

Join our Team at Apple Rehab!

Join our team as a Field Recruiter supporting multiple Apple Rehab locations. This travel-based, independent role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on-site, building relationships, and driving hiring efforts across facilities. You’ll partner with HR, engage with the community, and help move candidates through the hiring process while making a direct impact on staffing success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a consistent on-site recruiting presence across assigned facilities based on staffing needs
• Partner closely with HR, Directors of Nursing and Administrators to identify and prioritize hiring needs
• Plan, coordinate, and attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives
• Strong daily presence in Apploi including screening applicants, reviewing applications and conducting interviews/ forwarding to buildings
• Build and maintain relationships with local nursing schools, CNA training programs, and community partners
• Develop and manage a social media presence to support recruitment efforts and employer branding
• Conduct interviews and actively support candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
• Track weekly recruiting activity, applicant flow, and hiring progress; provide updates at monthly HR meetings
• Follow up with applicants in a timely manner and collaborate across buildings to share qualified candidates

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or high-volume environments
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel regularly to multiple facility locations
• Attention to detail, good follow through skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Demonstrates cooperation in assisting others and ability to work as a team.
• Reliable transportation to/ from Apple Rehab locations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to track multiple open positions and candidates
• Proficiency in social media, recruiting platforms and applicant tracking
