Job summary

Apple Rehab Inc. is seeking a Field Recruiter to support multiple locations across the region. This travel-based, independent role emphasizes on-site presence, community engagement, and collaboration with HR to drive staffing across facilities.

You will screen applicants, coordinate with Nursing and Admin teams, attend job fairs, and build partnerships with schools and community programs. The role offers direct impact on staffing success with opportunities to utilize social media for employer

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting experience, healthcare or high-volume preferred
• Ability to travel regularly to multiple facilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable transportation to Apple Rehab locations

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent on-site recruiting presence across assigned facilities
• Partner with HR, Directors of Nursing and Administrators to identify hiring needs
• Plan, coordinate and attend job fairs, hiring events and community outreach
• Screen applicants in Apploi, review applications and conduct interviews
• Build relationships with local nursing schools and community partners
• Develop and manage social media presence to support recruitment and branding
• Support candidates through hiring and onboarding process
• Track weekly recruiting activity and provide updates at HR meetings
• Collaborate across buildings to share qualified candidates

Join our team as a Field Recruiter supporting multiple Apple Rehab locations. This travel-based, independent role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on-site, building relationships, and driving hiring efforts across facilities. You’ll partner with HR, engage with the community, and help move candidates through the hiring process while making a direct impact on staffing success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a consistent on-site recruiting presence across assigned facilities based on staffing needs
• Partner closely with HR, Directors of Nursing and Administrators to identify and prioritize hiring needs
• Plan, coordinate, and attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives
• Strong daily presence in Apploi including screening applicants, reviewing applications and conducting interviews/ forwarding to buildings
• Build and maintain relationships with local nursing schools, CNA training programs, and community partners
• Develop and manage a social media presence to support recruitment efforts and employer branding
• Conduct interviews and actively support candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
• Track weekly recruiting activity, applicant flow, and hiring progress; provide updates at monthly HR meetings
• Follow up with applicants in a timely manner and collaborate across buildings to share qualified candidates

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or high-volume environments
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel regularly to multiple facility locations
• Attention to detail, good follow through skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Demonstrates cooperation in assisting others and ability to work as a team.
• Reliable transportation to/ from Apple Rehab locations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to track multiple open positions and candidates
• Proficiency in social media, recruiting platforms and applicant tracking
