The Data Capture Technician role is field-based, supporting reality capture and AI-driven data collection on active construction sites across Texas. You will operate 360-degree cameras and surveying equipment to capture high-quality site data used for computer vision and machine learning.

This part-time position requires a dependable, safety-conscious individual who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and working with technology in real-world environments.

Qualifications

• Availability for one full weekday per week (Tuesdays or Thursdays).
• Outdoor work on active construction sites in varying weather.
• Ability to walk long distances and perform physical tasks.
• Strong work ethic: dependable, punctual, detail-oriented.
• Clear communication and strong safety awareness; ability to follow procedures.
• Independent work and adherence to structured workflows.

Responsibilities

• Operate 360° cameras and surveying equipment on construction sites.
• Capture accurate site data following established workflows and methodologies.
• Document site conditions and communicate progress to project teams.
• Follow all construction site safety protocols and client/site guidelines.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to meet data capture requirements.
• Work on large-scale construction projects across Texas.
